How long does it take to ship my n+ bike?

Each bike is meticulously inspected before dispatch. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, with delivery times varying based on your location.

Does my bike arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a comprehensive toolkit and video guide for easy setup.

What is your return policy for performance gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bikes must be in new condition with no signs of road wear to qualify for a full refund.

Do n+ bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all n+ frames come with a limited lifetime warranty, while components and parts are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
